This hotel has a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the harbour. It's perfect for those wanting to explore the marina and enjoy the beautiful sea views from their room's balcony. The renovated rooms are comfortable and offer all the basic amenities one would need for a pleasant stay. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi and offers a decent breakfast to start your day off right.
No major issues to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The location was very good, with Degli Amici nearby, where we could eat. The decoration is modern.

I wouldn´t book this Hotel again, me and 8 other persons on differnt days have to stay in another ( less category ) hotel. It´s seems that this is the normal approach of this hotel.

The staff here is friendly, the continental breakfast is good, and the bed is very comfortable, making it an affordable hotel within walking distance to everything.

very bad sound proofing. Especially the doors. You can see the light in the corridor from the bottom of the door. Cleaners makes very loud noises then cleaning other rooms in the morning.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very gracious and helpful, especially during the July 21 earthquake. They even offered to pay for our cab and provide accommodations if needed. The location of the hotel is perfect, with most rooms facing the water. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The room itself was good, exactly as we expected it to be and it was in a good location.
When we arrived, us along with six others were transported to another hotel, we were told it was because they had over booked and that it was a rare mistake, only to find that it happened to roughly six people every day. The hotel they took us to was 800m from the center and was of a very low standard, everything was old and outdated and they had cockroaches in the room. The made it very hard for us to complain but after almost 2 hours of complaining, they transferred us to a more central hotel that was substandard also, After more hard work we managed to get the last 2 days of our 3 day stay at citi live, but sadly we were of a very large minority that managed to get through the complaints process and everyone else we spoke to had to give up and stay at the hotel they sent us to. I would urge everyone to stay away from this hotel to avoid stress and dissapointment.

Perfect location near the sea, not far from the historic centre, nice view from the window/balcony, friendly stuff, neaty rooms, free wi-fi, no complains at all.

Great service and helpful staff. Excellent location, overlooking the sea and close to downtown.- Comfortable beds and clean rooms
Small rooms and even smaller showers. Older building with outdated facilities.

Nice hotel, and clean rooms. In the middle of the city. Cheap.
Traffic and other residents causes so much noise that you have to wear earplugs to get some sleep. Doors aren't soundproofed, so you hear everything from the corridors and everybody hears you... Breakfast is minimal.. Only bread and few cheeses and etc...

Kos town centre is a short walking distance from the hotel. There is no car park available, but you can easily park on any of the streets around the hotel.
We asked for one large size bed but the hotel was only able to offer two single beds. It only has two (!) rooms with double beds and both were taken during our visit. Rooms as small but comfortable enough (photos available on Booked.net may be slightly misleading). The bathroom has at least three issues: regular lack of hot water, small size and strange regulations in use of the toilet. There is a warning not to flush toilet paper but use a bin provided. It's a bit odd considering Greece is xxi- century European country. WiFi is not available in the entire hotel but in the restaurant only. You need to ask for a new username/password every three hours. Breakfast could offer more choice.

the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the prices for such a great location near the marina. Secondly, the staff were so attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms with sea view and balcony were a real treat, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable space to relax. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the inclusion of basic amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
Everything was great at this hotel.

Hotel is in the near the centre.
If you live in the room with view to the sea it is possible only from the second flour. Very big noice from the street. Bathroom is small and very uncomfortable.

This is a clean, rather plain (no frills), simple to stay in hotel in a great location. As long as the price is good - mine was - it's well worth staying in.
The fitness centre is not actually part of the hotel but an independent gym a block away, and reception does not offer any information on this. The hotel does not observe the smoking ban in the breakfast room, despite the no smoking signs.
